No accessory structure or use shall be located in any required front yard, except statues, arbors, trellises, flagpoles thirty-five (35) feet or less in height, planters, U.S. Postal Service authorized mailboxes, outdoor lighting, fences, traffic control devices, parking, or similar structures.
In the agricultural and standard residential zoning districts (A, A-1, RSF-1 through RSF-6, and the duplex/multi-family districts), the maximum building height is 35 feet, with limited exclusions for chimneys, cupolas, and similar roof features.
