Park Curfew
In unincorporated Mason County, county parks are open during daylight hours only under Mason County Code § 2.53.030(15), unless the Parks and Trails Department has approved special arrangements in advance. The rule sits inside the county's special event policy chapter but governs ordinary park use too, so campers, boaters at Lake Cushman access points and anyone else lingering in a Mason County park after dark without prior written approval is out of compliance and can be told to leave.
