Unincorporated Mason County bans a car horn or alarm that will not stop. Code Section 9.36.120(2) makes the frequent, repetitive or continuous sounding of any horn or siren attached to a motor vehicle a public disturbance noise, except when it warns of danger or is otherwise required by law.
