In the Mixed Use district of the Belfair Urban Growth Area, in unincorporated Mason County, new development along primary pedestrian walkways next to driveways or parking lots must plant street trees at least thirty feet on-center in planting strips of at least twenty square feet per tree, or set them in tree grates.
