Muskegon County parks close to the public outside posted hours: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. from May through September and 8 a.m. to dusk the rest of the year, with Blue Lake Park shut entirely from September 15 to May 15. Entering or lingering past those hours without written permission from the Parks Department violates the county Parks Ordinance.
