Section 17. BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, SCOOTERS, ROLLER-SKATES, OTHER DEVICES 1. No person, while on County Park Property shall use bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller-skates, and other similar devices on any surface except the park roadways, or between sunset and sunrise.

Muskegon County bans possessing alcohol on county park property except at specific locations and times, and only after applying through established county procedures and getting a permit from the Board of Commissioners itself.
