No person, while on County Park Property, shall: a. Occupy or use a reserved facility when that facility is reserved by another person per established County procedures. b. Hinder, interrupt, or interfere with any authorized use or any use for which a permit has been granted, including a permit that allows the use of County Park Property to the exclusion of others.
