Outdoor Smoking Restrictions
Oldham County's smoking ordinance bars lighting a cigarette, cigar, pipe, hookah or vape within a reasonable distance of any outside entrance, open window or ventilation air intake of a building where indoor smoking is prohibited. The rule extends the county's indoor smoking ban outdoors near doorways and vents, and the Oldham County Health Department enforces it under Fiscal Court ordinance.
