In unincorporated Oldham County, Kentucky, no owner, lessee, tenant or occupant may let a partially dismantled, wrecked, junked, discarded or otherwise non-operating vehicle or machine sit on the property for more than 15 days under the Fiscal Court's nuisance code. Vehicles hidden in an enclosed building or screened from public and neighboring view are exempt, as are licensed junkyards approved by Planning and Zoning.
