Encroachment Permits
Anyone building or modifying a driveway, road, alley or other vehicle access into an Oldham County right-of-way, or closing a lane, must first get a road encroachment permit under § 71.07. Applications go through the county on its prescribed form, permits expire in 90 days unless extended, and an application fee is charged for every submission, including re-applications for lapsed permits.
