Loud Party Ordinance

Unreasonably loud or raucous noise in unincorporated Orange County residential areas between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. is a declared public nuisance, and owners or occupants who let it continue face misdemeanor charges plus repeat-response fees up to $500.

Public Alcohol Use
