Setback Rules

In unincorporated Ouachita Parish subdivisions, no building may sit closer than 20 feet to the front lot line, 10 feet to a side-street line on a corner lot, or 5 feet to a side lot line, under Sec. 21.5-107 of the parish's Subdivision Regulations. Townhouses, condos, zero-lot-line and attached developments are exempt from the side setback.
