Garage Sale Signs
Ouachita Parish requires temporary signs, including residential garage-sale signs, to come down within 5 days of the event under Sec. 15-33(3). Signs may not be placed on parish right-of-way, on trees, poles or monuments, or within 10 feet of a parish roadway edge under Sec. 15-31, and the parish can remove and bill for noncompliant signs.
