Weed Ordinances

Within the Saline County portion of Hot Springs Village, premises and exterior property must be kept free of weeds or plant growth over ten inches tall. Ornamental grasses, cultivated flowers, gardens and undeveloped land are exempt from the height cap under the county's Property Code.

a. WEEDS. All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of ten (10) inches. Weeds are defined as all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees and shrubs; provided that this provision shall not apply to ornamental grasses, cultivated flowers or garden or to undeveloped properties.
