Abandoned Vehicles

In the Saline County portion of Hot Springs Village, inoperable motor vehicles cannot sit outside in the open; the county's Property Code requires them stored inside a completely enclosed building or enclosure. An inoperable vehicle is defined as one not fit for legal road use or incapable of self-locomotion, except operable golf carts.
