Outdoor Smoking Restrictions

Section 350.06 bars smoking, and smokeless "spit" tobacco use, anywhere on Saline County-owned or leased property, including grounds, lawns, shelters, steps and county vehicles. Only personal-vehicle parking lots are exempt, and even there smoking is barred within 50 feet of a building entrance; fines run $10 to $25.
