Obstruction Rules

Contractors working in the unincorporated county cannot block public streets, sidewalks, or private driveways during construction, remodeling, demolition, or grading. County Code requires protection for adjoining property and, when the Building Official calls for it, a six-foot screen fence around the site; blocking access can bring a stop-work order.
