Park Drone Restrictions
Operating a drone in a Sauk County park, forest or other recreational area is prohibited unless the Director of the Land Resources and Environment Department, or the Director's designee, gives written approval in advance. The same permission requirement covers hang gliding, parasailing, hot air ballooning, land sailing, model airplanes and sky diving.
