Prohibited Species
Sauk County has no countywide noxious-weed list; its invasive-species rule lives inside the zoning code's landscaping requirements. Sec. 7.042(1)(d) bars any non-native species with the potential to be invasive from the required vegetative buffer that shields uses like storage yards, kennels and mining sites from neighboring land, and Sec. 7.043(1)(f) repeats the same ban for vegetative screening plantings.
