Recycled Water Rules
Sauk County has no separate recycled-water program, but County Code § 51.17(4) lets a developer count reused runoff toward its required stormwater infiltration volume: water captured for toilet flushing, laundry, irrigation or green-roof storage earns equal credit against the infiltration standards the Land Resources and Environment Department enforces under Chapter 51.
