Juvenile Curfew
In unincorporated Stanislaus County, Code § 10.28.010 makes it unlawful for anyone under 18 to loiter on a public street or in any other public place between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following morning. The only exception is a minor accompanied by a parent, guardian, or another adult who has legal control or charge of that minor.

Park Curfew
County parks in Stanislaus County open at six a.m. and close at ten p.m. under Code § 18.06.180, except designated camping areas at regional parks, which stay open overnight, and OHV parks, which run sunrise to sunset instead. Remaining in a park, trail, green space, or recreational facility after posted hours violates the section unless the director has authorized it.

The hours of all county parks are six a.m. to ten p.m. with the exception of designated camping areas at regional parks. OHV park hours are sunrise to sunset.
