Parade Permits
Anyone planning a parade, demonstration, assembly or picketing in unincorporated Walton County must apply to the board of commissioners at least ten days ahead. The Sheriff issues the permit and can restrict its timing, route, vehicle count and crowd size to protect public safety, with the board chairman filling in when the sheriff is unavailable.
