Whitfield County parks and recreation facilities are open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. unless signage posted by the department states otherwise. Anyone besides county personnel on official business who remains in a park outside those hours is breaking the ordinance, and the department can close all or part of any park at any time for safety or maintenance.
