Parkway Planting
New residential development inside a U-PUD zoning district in unincorporated Whitfield County must plant street trees in the sidewalk's amenity zone at intervals no wider than 30 feet. Each newly planted tree has to be single-stemmed and at least two inches in caliper, measured 36 inches above the ground, under the Urban PUD Design Standards.
