Wyandotte County's Unified Government enforces building, health, licensing, zoning and other code chapters through administrative citations under Code Sec. 2-651. A code officer must give notice and a reasonable time to fix a problem before issuing a citation carrying civil penalties from $100 up to $1,500 per repeat violation within 24 months.
