Under Unified Government Code § 27-609(5)(b), rooftop solar collectors installed as an accessory use in the R-1, R-1(B), R-2, and R-2(B) residential districts cannot extend more than three feet above the highest point of the roof, and the whole installation still falls under the 60-foot overall accessory-use height cap enforced by the Planning and Zoning Division.
