Park Curfew
No one may enter or stay in a Wyandotte County park outside its posted hours of operation. Sec. 25-44 lets the parks and recreation director set operating hours for each park and facility, and park attendants and city police are authorized under Sec. 25-43 to eject anyone violating the article, including this after-hours rule.

Sec. 25-44. - Operating hours. No person shall enter or remain within the boundaries of any Wyandotte County park at any time other than the posted hours of operation for that specific park.
