Park Curfew

No one may enter or stay in a Wyandotte County park outside its posted hours of operation. Sec. 25-44 lets the parks and recreation director set operating hours for each park and facility, and park attendants and city police are authorized under Sec. 25-43 to eject anyone violating the article, including this after-hours rule.

Sec. 25-44. - Operating hours. No person shall enter or remain within the boundaries of any Wyandotte County park at any time other than the posted hours of operation for that specific park. The parks and recreation director shall set the operating hours for each park and facility operating under the jurisdiction of the unified government.
