Rodent Control
Unincorporated Yuba County property that draws rats or other vectors is a declared public nuisance. County Code § 7.36.310(a)(7) targets property 'likely to or does harbor rats or other vectors, feral cats, and other non-domesticated animal nuisances,' and Code Enforcement can order it abated, with administrative penalties starting at $100 a day for a first violation and climbing from there.
