Under Yuba County Code 8.76.030, it is unlawful to enter or remain in a county park from no later than 30 minutes after sunset until no earlier than 30 minutes before sunrise, except authorized personnel. Overnight camping or sleeping needs a permit. A violation is a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine.
