(a)Street facing property lines.(1)Residential developments. All front and street-side yard setback areas shall be landscaped. At least one deciduous street tree from the approved tree list shall be planted per 40 lineal feet of frontage. Where detached sidewalks are provided, landscaping and street trees shall be provided in the area between the sidewalk and curb.
