Jackson, MS Curfew Laws: Juvenile Curfew (2026)

Jackson re-enacted its curfew law in full through Ord. No. 2025-34(6), adopted June 3, 2025, codified as Code of Ordinances Ch. 86, Art. " Sec. 86-54(a) sets the nighttime hours quoted above for every minor under 18, and Sec. tied to the Mississippi Compulsory School Attendance Law. Parents who knowingly allow a minor to violate the curfew, and establishment owners, operators or employees who knowingly let a minor remain on the premises during curfew hours, are separately liable under Secs. 86-54(c) and (d).
