Neenah, WI Curfew Laws: Juvenile Curfew (2026)

The City of Neenah prohibits any child 16 or under from loitering or remaining on a street, alley, or other public place between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Sunday through Thursday nights, and between 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Exceptions cover employment, errands run directly for a parent, supervised school or religious activities, emergencies, and First Amendment activity. Parents or legal guardians who knowingly permit the violation are separately liable, as are operators of amusement places, hotels, and roominghouses who let a curfew-age child in during those hours.
