(c)Presence in Parks Prohibited During Closing Hours. No person other than a City employee engaged in work for the City shall enter or remain in any park during closing hours except by written permission from the Director.(d)Emergency Closing. The Director shall have the authority to close any City park whenever it is necessary to do so to protect public safety or the park itself. No person shall enter any City park after having been notified of such closure.
