(1)CURFEW REGULATIONS. (Am. #2374) No person under the age of 18 years shall congregate, loiter, wander, stroll, stand or play in or upon public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, dance halls or premises licensed for sale of alcohol beverages under Ch. 31 of this Municipal Code, vacant lots, vacant buildings, playgrounds or school grounds in the City, either on foot or in or upon any conveyance being driven or parked thereon, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult person having his care, custody or control. ... (5)PENALTY. (Am. #2778; Rn. #3296)(a)A person under 18 years of age who violates this section shall be subject to a forfeiture of $50 for a first offense, $100 for a second offense and $150 for a third and subsequent offense.(b)A parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the person under 18 years of age who violates this section shall be subject to a forfeiture of $200 for a first offense, $400 for a second offense and $500 for a third and subsequent offense.
