It shall be unlawful and a Class 2 municipal offense for any person except an employee of the City acting in the discharge of his or her duties to be or remain in any public park of the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. according to the official time standard which is then in effect.(b)It shall be an affirmative defense to any prosecution under this Section that the person possesses a permit issued by the Director of Parks and Recreation granting permission to remain in a public park during curfew hours.
