The detailed engineering study shall be submitted to the State Department of Transportation, Division of Waterways, and the City Engineer for review and approval.(b)The base flood elevation for the special flood hazard areas of the Boneyard Creek...and the Phinney Branch shall be as delineated on the 100-year flood profiles contained in the Flood Insurance Study, City of Champaign, dated July 16, 1980, as amended.(c)The base flood elevation for each of the remaining special flood hazard areas delineated as an "A Zone"...shall be the 100-year flood depth calculated by the applicant's engineer according to the formulas presented in "Depth & Frequency of Floods in Illinois," published by the U.S. Geological Survey, 1976, as amended.
