1, Illicit Connections, adopted by Ordinance No. C. 2. It prohibits discharging domestic sewage, non-contact cooling water, process wastewater, or other industrial waste through any physical or nonphysical connection, including leaks or overflows, into the municipal separate storm sewer system. 2, Improper Disposal of Waste, separately bans spilling, dumping or disposing of any material other than stormwater into the system, while carving out specific exceptions: water line flushing, uncontaminated groundwater from sump or footing drains, air conditioning condensate, irrigation runoff, natural spring and wetland flows, residential car-washing water, residential pool discharges, sidewalk and driveway wash water, firefighting flows, and certain equipment rinse water tied to beach maintenance or de-icing operations. 2 adding the Property Maintenance Division of the Community Development Department.
