11(B), Noise, is the specific noise rule inside Troy's Film Production Ordinance: filming activities which produce unusual noise such as gunfire, sirens, public address systems, bull horns, or any other loud noises may be restricted to mitigate the effects of the activity, and Chapter 88, Nuisances, of the City of Troy Code of Ordinances is what City Administration actually enforces against a noisy shoot. m. on Sundays and legal holidays, unless the City approves different hours; the noise and hours rules work together to protect residential neighbors from disruptive shoots.
