The Board of Trustees hereby authorizes and delegates to the Town President the authority (1) to determine whether or not to allow closure of a public way pursuant to a film production permit issued under this article and (2) to take such actions as is deemed necessary to close any public way after the Town President's approval of such a closure. Any filming that requires the closing of Town streets, restriction of residential parking or use of any Town personnel or equipment requires approval by the Town President and such requests shall be made to the President's Office of Filming at least 30 days in advance of filming. If 30 days advance notice is not possible due to exigent circumstances, the applicant must file a request for a waiver of this requirement with their application and it is at the Town President's sole and absolute discretion to approve or deny any such waiver.
