(1) Public Right-of-Way Deposit: A deposit to reimburse the village for any potential costs incurred with respect to the event for which a permit is issued may be required. Any required cash deposit shall be determined by the director of community development or their designee, at their sole discretion, in accordance with section 41.01 of this Code.
