The schedule of fees for the issuance of permits authorized by this chapter are as follows: a. Basic Filming Permit Fee: $500. Filming permit for nonprofit applicants filming for educational purposes: No fee. d. Overnight Parking Fee For Use of Publicly Owned Property or Public Right-of-Way: $500 per day.
