A. Only those fireworks permitted by N.J.S.A. 21:3-2 may be possessed, sold or used within the City of Trenton. B. No fireworks shall be discharged or used closer than 10 feet from any person, structure, animal, motor vehicle, church, school, business, or real property of another (unless the owner or person in charge of said property expressly consents thereto)... E. Fireworks are permitted on holidays recognized by the City of Trenton. If the holiday is on a day that falls Sunday through Thursday, all fireworks must cease by 10:00 p.m. If the holiday is on a Friday or Saturday, all fireworks must cease by 12:00 midnight... G. For a violation of this section, the Court may impose a fine not to exceed $2,000 and/or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, and/or community service not to exceed 90 days.
