03(A) of the Town Code, BURNING PERMITS, states plainly that burning construction debris, scrap wood and building materials, grass, brush, leaves, tree limbs, sticks, branches, and other yard debris or natural ground cover is strictly prohibited, and no burning permit will be issued for burning the same. There is no fee schedule, no seasonal window, and no application process for a resident's yard-waste or construction-debris burn because the town does not offer one at all; the statute forecloses it outright rather than regulating it. 03(B): a permit to burn an entire structure, and only for firefighter training purposes as determined by the Fire Chief, never for August-through-June demolition debris disposal generally.

Even that structural burn permit cannot be issued between the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and the Monday of Labor Day weekend, the town's peak tourist season, and the Fire Department itself must conduct the burn; the property owner is left responsible only for post-burn debris removal, coordinated through Chapter 50's Garbage Service provisions. Residents with yard debris must use the town's regular collection and disposal system rather than burning, since Chapter 95 leaves no lawful path to burn brush, leaves, or construction scraps on a residential or commercial lot.
