050(A) bars any person or entity from advertising, conducting, maintaining or operating a Mobile Food Facility within the Town without an unexpired, unsuspended MFF permit from the Community Development Director or designee. Vendors must display a zoning compliance decal, business license, and County health permit during hours of operation, and the permit can be revoked if the Director finds the truck is causing parking, traffic congestion, noise or litter problems on-site or on adjacent property. 020 routes the application through the Planning Division on a Director-prescribed form with whatever supporting information the submittal package requires.
