020 requires a separate annual permit for each individual mobile food establishment serving prepared food in O'Fallon, effective January 1, 2025. The application must include the unit's name, the owner and operator's name and address, the vehicle's license plate number, a copy of the St. Charles County Mobile Food Unit License, a copy of the Retail Sales Tax License and Certificate of No Tax Due, proof of insurance, and documentation that sales tax for the City location will be collected and remitted accurately. 020 for each day it pours.
