The license fee payable under this article shall be $800 for each license. Licensees utilizing mobile units shall pay a license fee of $800 for the first mobile unit and shall pay an additional fee of $100 for each additional mobile unit owned and operated by said licensee. Payment of the aforesaid fees by a licensee utilizing mobile units shall also entitle said licensee to one salesman license for each mobile unit so utilized. In the event that more than one salesman shall operate a mobile unit, then a fee of $100 shall be payable for each such additional salesman.
