2. Required Parking. No dedicated parking spaces shall be required for a mobile vendor that meets the standards of this section.
3. Displaced Parking. Mobile vendors may displace up to three required non-residential parking spaces for a maximum of four hours per day per parking lot, provided that no more than 10% of the total number of parking spaces on site are displaced. Required parking spaces for an existing nonresidential use may be displaced if the existing non-residential use is not open during the event.
4. Paving. Mobile vendor vehicles shall only be stopped or parked on surface paved with concrete, asphalt, or another surface approved by the Director.
