At least thirty (30) days must have elapsed from the expiration of any previous permit before a new permit may be issued for any specific lot.(d)Permits shall be issued for a minimum of thirty (30) days and maximum of one hundred and eighty (180) days.(e)The City Clerk is hereby authorized to make, adopt, and amend rules and regulations necessary for permit applications, issuance, expiration, recordkeeping, and revocation, provided that all rules and regulations are posted on the city website. Said rules and regulations may require additional information and/or materials from permit applicants, including, but not limited to, site layouts, traffic plans, and other items necessary to assess health and safety issues.
