Violations & Fines
A vendor caught operating in a prohibited zone or outside permitted hours faces the same administrative citation schedule as an unpermitted vendor under Section 6-63.13: up to $100 for a first offense, $200 for a second within twelve months, and $500 for a third. An enforcing official can also order immediate removal or relocation under Section 6-63.14, giving the vendor only ten minutes to comply, and may impound the facility if it is abandoned or the order is not followed.
