It shall be unlawful for any non-food vendor to engage in the business of a vendor from a motor vehicle:
1. On a public right-of-way;
2. In a publicly owned or operated parking facility; or 3. Within a vehicle parking space designated by a sign or a meter within the area on or between Third and Ninth Avenues and A and L Streets.
B. It shall be unlawful for a vendor to attract customers by hawking or physically accosting persons.
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the activities of a vendor at any location other than a vendor site designated by the municipal clerk pursuant to this chapter. (AO No. 88-19)
